Fee Schedule

A. Application Fee (non-refundable): $55.00 

B. Administrative Fee (non-refundable): $250.00 



C. Application Deposit (may or may not be refundable): $500.00

D. Monthly Pet Charge: $20.00 per pet

E. One Time Pet Fee: $300.00 paid at move in

F. Pest Control: $5 monthly

G. Renters Legal Liability: $15 monthly

E. Utilities are charged back by a utility management company based on usage. 

F. Utility Billing Fees: $8.50 (could be lower based on utility management company billing)

G. Google Fiber: $55 monthly, at select properties (Only at Rainier Properties that have a contract with Google Fiber)

H. Valet Trash: $25 monthly at select properties (Kensington Terrace, Kensington Court, Oak Park, Nob Hill)
